Programs & pricing

Unlimited membership for all adult classes and open mats. Midday sessions run 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and evening classes run 7:00 to 8:15 PM, plus a 2-hour Sunday No-Gi open mat.

• Midday & evening schedule: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 7:00 to 8:15 PM sessions
• Beginner Fundamentals: Dedicated Monday (Gi) and Wednesday (No-Gi) classes
• 2 weekly Open Mats: Friday Gi (1 hr) and Sunday No-Gi (2 hr) live rounds
• Month-to-month freedom: $0 initiation fee, cancel anytime, 25% travel freeze

Good to know: No contract and no initiation fees. Keep the rate you sign up with as long as your membership stays active.

Ages 5 to 8 train Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:45 to 5:30 PM. Ages 9 and up train Monday through Friday from 5:40 to 6:40 PM with Gi Monday through Thursday and No-Gi on Friday.

• Ages 5 to 8 tier: Mon, Wed, and Fri from 4:45 to 5:30 PM (Gi)
• Ages 9 and up tier: Mon through Fri from 5:40 to 6:40 PM (Gi & Friday No-Gi)
• Tournament coaching: Hands-on matside coaching at regional Jacksonville events

Good to know: Afternoon classes are separate from homeschool classes. Students are welcome at all weekly classes for their age group.

Designed for the Beaches homeschool community to build confidence, physical literacy, and real grappling skill. Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 to 10:50 AM and 1:00 to 1:50 PM.

• Two M/W/F time windows: 10:00 to 10:50 AM and 1:00 to 1:50 PM sessions
• Wednesday P.E. option: Movement games and athletic coordination (1:00 to 2:00 PM)
• $75/mo Kids plan add-on: Add daytime Homeschool access to any evening Kids membership
• Parent-friendly timing: 11:00 AM Adults class runs right between homeschool windows

Good to know: Homeschool hours can be added to an existing Kids membership for $75 per month. Wednesday 1:00 to 2:00 PM also features Homeschool P.E. movement sessions.
